1. Nature of Deliverables
AI Scale Force is a professional services firm. We do not ship physical goods. All deliverables are intangible — they include consulting reports, strategy documents, designs, source code, configurations, deployed software, documentation, training sessions, and other digital outputs delivered under a signed Statement of Work ("SOW") or engagement Contract.
2. Delivery Method
Deliverables are provided via one or more of the following channels:
- Secure email or shared document links (Google Drive, SharePoint, or a client-approved workspace).
- Source-code repositories (e.g., private GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket) shared with named client users.
- Deployment to a client-owned or client-approved cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise).
- Live sessions, workshops, or presentations over video conferencing platforms.
3. Delivery Timeline
Timelines for each deliverable are agreed in the applicable SOW. Timelines are contingent on timely payment of applicable fees, availability of client-provided information, systems, and approvals, and any dependencies identified in the SOW.
4. Order Confirmation
Once a payment or advance is received against an invoice, you will receive a written confirmation by email within 2 business days. The confirmation will reference the SOW, invoice number, and the deliverables covered by the payment.
5. Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted when they meet the acceptance criteria described in the applicable SOW. Any defects or non-conformities should be reported in writing within the acceptance period specified in the SOW so we can remediate them.
6. International Delivery
Because our deliverables are digital, they are delivered globally without customs, freight, or shipping charges. Applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
